Bandforte app for iPhone and iPad

The Bandforte Member Portal gives parents, tutors and conductors a quick and easy way to view key information about their school and community music ensembles.

For music programs using Bandforte, each member has access to a personalised portal page which shows information such as:

• Rehearsal times, upcoming events and contact details

• Any instrument loans and any outstanding invoices

• A list of music distributed to their ensemble, as well as links to reference recordings and videos

• Tutor lesson time and location details

Parents are able to easily notify the band about expected absences for individual events or holiday periods. Parents can also easily contact conductors or band contacts using the app.

Musical Directors can also contact members or sections of their bands, communicate with tutors and take attendance at rehearsals.

The Bandforte Portal App allows users to easily switch between multiple portals, for example for parents with multiple children in different bands.

This app is adjunct to the Bandforte management system. Access to the portal is free for all members of ensembles using Bandforte.
